BLACK JOY YOGA + CARIBBEAN LUNCH

We believe that joy, belonging (and delicious food!) are essential human experiences that each of us deserves to experience and cherish. We invite our brothers and sistars to Yoga + Lunch with us on Sunday May 4th 1:30 - 3:30pm at Yoga Point, Brixton.

We understand the weight and daily challenges of navigating the world as a person of colour where our wellness is overlooked. This is a healing space created for Black and Brown folk to release, recharge, and embrace the full essence of our divine nature.

Join us to awaken your mind, body, and spirit as we gather in a welcoming and inclusive space to cultivate inner peace and foster meaningful connections. Led by a very special guest teacher, our session will feature a gentle yet invigorating yoga class suitable for all levels, aimed at promoting relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness.

We will then come together to enjoy a delicious and nourishing Caribbean lunch by Bakes n Tings, homemade and with new twists of flavour! You'll have the opportunity to forge new connections, share experiences, and celebrate the beauty of our community.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, everyone is welcome to join us for this inclusive and empowering event. Come as you are, ready to connect, stretch, and link up with fellow BIPOC in a space filled with warmth and support.

If, for any reason, you cannot afford the full price of the event, please reach out to us regarding a concession, your presence is what matters most.
