Sacred Spaces: A Black Joy x Wellness Year-End Circle
Join us for a sacred sisters gathering to cultivate joy and belonging as we approach the end of the year.
We warmly invite our sisters of colour to join us for this heartwarming end-of-year gathering.
Let's celebrate the spirit of Black joy, community, and wellness as we reflect on moments of joy from this past year - however big or small. This is a space to honour your journey, embrace joyful highlights and carve out time to celebrate yourself.
This special evening will foster rest, connection, and introspection, helping you set uplifting intentions for the upcoming new year.
We understand that our communities are often overlooked when it comes to mental well-being. The burdens and expectations that carry, and collective trauma we endure can lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout. As we embrace the winter season, it’s the perfect time to focus on rest and rejuvenation.
Step into this sacred space designed to empower and support you through the healing benefits of yoga, breath, and community. Prepare to connect with your divine feminine spirit for guidance, inspiration, and creativity, recognising that you are a blissful being created to experience unbounded joy.
What to Expect:
A reflective and grounding circle where we will connect with each other and share.
Breathwork and movement to release stagnant energy and invite fresh vitality.
A soothing sound bath
Date: Friday, December 19th
Time: 7PM – 9PM
Location: Yoga Point Brixton, 122 Dalberg Rd, London SW2 1AP
This event is exclusively for Women of Black, Brown, and Indigenous Origin.
Nourish your mind, body, and spirit alongside like-minded sisters in a safe and welcoming environment.
Feel free to bring any items that represent joyful moments from 2025 - photos, drawings, personal keepsakes, or anything with special meaning to share during our circle.
Holistic practices like yoga, meditation, and sound healing have deep roots in indigenous cultures, yet we remain underrepresented in Western wellness spaces. This event is an opportunity to change that narrative and reclaim your wellbeing.
We look forward to celebrating, reflecting, and setting intentions for a new year full of joy, peace, and collective well-being.
If, for any reason, you cannot afford the full price of the event, please reach out to us regarding a concession – your presence is what matters most.
Join us for an evening of sisterhood and authentic connection as we create new generational patterns of healing and JOY.
End the Year in Stillness
As the year draws to a close, take time to pause, reflect and realign.
This immersive workshop weaves together gentle yoga, conscious breathwork and soothing sound to guide you into a deep state of rest and release.
Through mindful movement we’ll shed the residue of the year that’s passed, using the breath to create space for renewal and possibility. We’ll then surrender into stillness as healing vibrations from crystal bowls and gongs carry us into spacious awareness – a moment to simply be.
Join Georgie for an afternoon of restoration and reflection – a sacred closing of one chapter and the soft opening of another.
Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and connected to the quiet wisdom that lives within.

During this widely celebrated month of love, February often directs our focus outwards by emphasising external gifts and gestures. Yet the most enriching relationship that needs catering, is the one you hold with yourself. We recognise that our communities have endured generational traumas and ongoing challenges that impact our well-being. This is why we must embrace radical self-love and the healing power of yoga, breath, rest, and community.
Holistic practices of yoga, meditation and sound healing were traditionally created and embraced by people of colour, yet we remain underrepresented in modern Western wellness spaces.
If you're ready change this narrative join us for this heartwarming self-love event to nurture and reclaim our wellness.

AFRO-CENTRED MOVEMENT, DANCE & RHYTHMIC BREATH
We are back with our afro-centred journey through the healing rhythms of music, dance, SOMA breath and voice activation - set to a mix of worldly rhythms, focussed around black artists. You'll hear afrobeats, amapiano, afro-house, soul, jazz, funk, and more! Inspired by and in celebration of our own roots, we blend the traditional and modern, incorporating cultural storytelling as we move through a range of themes, energies and emotions to release and let our spirits soar in this transformative and uplifting experience for all.
SOUND HEALING & ANCESTRAL MEDITATION
Harnessing the therapeutic powers of sound, from crystal bowls to drums, chimes and the rainstick, we will harmonisouly guide you into a deep state of relaxation, rejuvenation and peace. Through meditation we connect to the wisdom, guidance and love of our ancestors and express our gratitude.
PLANT-BASED SOUL FOOD BRUNCH & BOTANICAL ELIXIRS
Vibrant, delicious and nourishing homestyle eats inspired by the rich flavours of the Caribbean and West Africa. Uplifting botanical elixirs courtesy of Three Spirit Drinks!
