Energising Movement into Deep Rest: Yoga & Sound Bath at Dulwich College

As part of our special partnership with Dulwich College, we are excited to be offering a series of wellbeing events including yoga, breathwork and sound healing in incredible locations. Fancy yoga surrounded by stunning architecture that is steeped in history?

Join us to take your practice somewhere totally different! For us our first session, join Georgie for an extended deep dive into the healing practices of yoga and sound healing. Starting with an energising yoga flow, Georgie will guide you through fluid movement synchronised with breath, to help move stuck energy, open the body, release tension and bring you into a flow state. After the yoga session Georgie will hold space for you to deeply relax and release with the help of sound. Using a range of soothing instruments, you will be taken on a sound journey aimed at helping you to drop into a theta brain wave state - a state of creativity, rest and rejuvenation.

Georgie is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. She discovered her passion for yoga eight years ago during a challenging time, finding solace in its transformative power. With a focus on creative flowing practices and restorative heart-warming sequences, Georgie fosters an inclusive environment where individual energies thrive collectively and will often integrate sound healing elements into her sessions. Alongside yoga, she’s also an advanced SOMA Breath instructor, utilising breath and frequency-specific music to awaken dormant parts of the brain and tap into the subconscious mind, guiding students toward optimal healing and personal growth.

This special event is open to all.

The yoga session will be suitable for all levels, although we recommend some prior experience of yoga.

Please bring a mat for practice!
