Join Georgie for a summer breathwork workshop rooted in the power of the breath to shift energy, create space and bring you back to yourself.
We’ll start with uplifting music and free-flowing movement to help you shake off tension, wake up the body and open the mind. From there, we’ll move into rhythmic SOMA breathwork, using guided breath holds and music to support you into a deeper state of awareness.
Before the breathwork journey begins, you’ll be guided through a visual meditation designed to connect you with the free-flowing energy of summer. This practice uses the breath to dissolve any resistance, release limiting beliefs, and create space for the vibrant possibilities that this season offers, allowing you to step into a lighter, more expansive version of yourself.
This session is open to all, whether you're new to breathwork or you've joined Georgie’s Monday evening classes before. It's a chance to reset and reconnect, using movement, breath and music to support your body and mind.
